Privacy Policy

Effective 25 September 2026·Applicable to all Priinteve Products & Services

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Priinteve Innovations LLP ("Priinteve", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN: ADC-7224), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use our website and services. We act as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data we collect from you under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the rules made under it. By using Priinteve, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Information we collect

Account & profile data: name, email, phone, the content you add to your digital card (job title, company, links, photo, social profiles), and billing and delivery details for paid plans.

Payment data: processed by our payment processor (such as Razorpay). We do not store your full card, UPI or bank account details ourselves.

Automatically collected: device type, browser, IP address and usage data, used to secure and improve the service. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We process your personal data only for the specific purposes listed in this Policy: creating and hosting your card, processing orders and payments, shipping, support, fraud prevention, and product improvement. We ask for your consent through a clear notice at signup. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the Grievance Officer. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent, and it does not affect processing done before withdrawal. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide the service.

How we use information

To create and host your digital card, process orders for your physical NFC card, process plan payments, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. Content you choose to put on your public card (name, title, links, photo) is, by design, visible to anyone who taps or scans it - do not add anything there you do not want to be public.

Visitor analytics

When someone views or taps a published card, we record aggregate counts (views, taps, approximate date and time). We do not identify individual visitors.

Cardholder responsibilities

If you add other people's personal data to your card (for example staff names, photos or phone numbers), you must have their permission to do so.

Who we share information with

  • Payment processors, to process plan payments.
  • Shipping/courier partners, to deliver your physical NFC card.
  • Cloud hosting providers who run the service on our behalf.
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

Data retention

Account and card data is kept while your account is active. After deletion we keep billing and tax records for the period required by law (currently up to 8 years for GST and tax records). Other personal data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

Data breaches

If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required by law.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • delete your data, where we are not required to keep it (for example, for tax or accounting records)
  • withdraw consent for anything we process based on consent (such as marketing communications or non-essential cookies)

To exercise any of these, contact the Grievance Officer at contact@priinteve.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Nominee

You may nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity, as provided by the DPDP Act.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

International data transfers

Our infrastructure providers may process data outside India. Where that happens, we require contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the version currently in force. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated directly where required by law.
