Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Priinteve service, operated by Priinteve Innovations LLP (LLPIN: ADC-7224), having its registered office at 416, Mukhi ne Khadki, Near Ambe Maa Temple, Paldi Gam, Paldi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380007, India ("Priinteve", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract, to create an account.

The service

Priinteve lets you create and publish a digital NFC/QR business card. Every new account gets a free 7-day link. A physical NFC card is issued only after you pay for a plan. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you put on your card and for it being lawful (see "Prohibited uses" below).

Accounts & billing

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Paid plans are billed as described at checkout; see our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

Subscriptions, pricing and renewal

• All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST.
• Each plan lists its validity (1, 2 or 3 years). The price shown at checkout is the final price for that validity.
• Renewal is manual. We will remind you by email before expiry. If you do not renew, your public card goes offline but your data is retained for 90 days.
• Every paid plan allows up to 20 gallery images and 5 videos per card.

Physical cards

Physical NFC cards are made to order from the details you provide, after your plan payment is received. Product details (material, size, manufacturer, country of origin) are listed on each product page. Defective cards are replaced under our Refund Policy. Delivery timelines are on the Shipping page.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to your card (photos, text, links). By publishing a card, you grant us a licence to host and display that content as part of the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for it not being unlawful, defamatory, or infringing someone else's rights.

Prohibited uses

You must not host, display, upload, publish or share any content on your card that:

• belongs to another person and to which you have no right;
• is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, or insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, race or religion;
• is defamatory, libellous, or promotes hatred;
• infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
• impersonates another person or business, or is false or misleading and intended to deceive;
• contains malware, phishing links or any code designed to damage systems;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, public order, or friendly relations with other states;
• violates any law currently in force.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules. We review this list with you at least once a year by notice on the site.

Takedown and complaints

To report content on a Priinteve card, including copyright infringement, write to the Grievance Officer at contact@priinteve.com with the card URL, a description of the problem, and proof of your right or identity. We act on valid complaints within 36 hours of a court or government order and otherwise within a reasonable time, and we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours.

Our intellectual property

The Priinteve name, logo, website, templates and software are owned by Priinteve Innovations LLP. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use them to run your card. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer them.

General

• Severability: if any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
• Entire agreement: these Terms and the linked policies are the whole agreement between you and us.
• Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Notices: we may notify you by email or on the site.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure, though we take reasonable steps to keep it available and secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priinteve Innovations LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose (or, for free plans, INR 5,000).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or gross negligence).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Priinteve Innovations LLP harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, or content you upload.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud or abuse. You may stop using the service, and close your account, at any time.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
